If you want to dive into the action and make a meaningful impact in the skating community, volunteering at Skate Canada events is a great way to get involved. You will collaborate with other skating enthusiasts, build new connections, and make lasting friendships while putting your skills and talents to good use.

Ready to Get Involved?
Before you apply, here's what you need to know:
- How to apply: Submit your application through the volunteer portal. Our Local Organizing Committee will review applications and reach out to successful candidates.
- Availability: We welcome volunteers with all levels of availability; however, priority may be given to those who can commit to 16+ hours and shifts of 5–7 consecutive hours.
- Roles and responsibilities: Placements will be based on your experience, interests, and availability. While we will do our best to match volunteers with their preferred role, placement in a specific area cannot be guaranteed.
- Volunteer perks: Volunteers receive a Skate Canada volunteer jacket, and meals and snacks during shifts. You'll also have the opportunity to watch the competition outside of scheduled shifts.
