Day Tickets on Sale Now for 2023 Autumn Classic International

OTTAWA, ON (July 13, 2023) – Day tickets for the 2023 Autumn Classic International are now on sale! Day tickets are priced starting at $35, plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that seating will be general admission. Tickets can be purchased online at Eventbrite.com. 

The 2023 Autumn Classic International will take place at Sportplexe Pierrefonds, in Montreal, Quebec, from September 14-16, 2023. The event will feature senior events in men, women, pair, and ice dance and draws athletes from around the world.  

ABOUT AUTUMN CLASSIC INTERNATIONAL  

Autumn Classic International is part of the International Skating Union’s (ISU) Challenger Series. Athletes will have the opportunity to earn world standing points through the series. The 2023 entries will be announced in late August.

World Medalists to Headline 2023 Skate Canada International

OTTAWA, ON (July 10, 2023) – Following the release of the Grand Prix of Figure Skating assignments by the International Skating Union (ISU), Skate Canada is excited to announce the athletes that will be competing at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver, B.C., from October 27-29, 2023.  

A total of 18 Canadian skaters will be showcasing their skills at 2023 Skate Canada International, including 2023 ISU World Figure Skating Championships bronze medalists and defending ice dance champions Piper Gilles & Paul Poirier. They will be joined by Canadian Champions Deanna Stellato-Dudek, Maxime Deschamps and Madeline Schizas, as well as 2022 Grand Prix medalists Brooke McIntosh, Benjamin Mimar, Kelly Ann Laurin and Loucas Éthier.  

Team Canada will be lining up against a stacked field of international competitors, notably two-time ISU World Champion Kaori Sakamoto (JPN), 2023 ISU World silver medalist Junhwan Cha (KOR), 2023 ISU Four Continents Champion Kao Miura (JPN) and ISU European silver medalists Lilah Fear & Lewis Gibson (GBR).  

Skate Canada International is the second competition on the annual ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating series. Other events take place in the United States (Skate America), France (Grand Prix de France), China (Cup of China), Finland (Grand Prix Espoo) and Japan (NHK Trophy).

All-event tickets for 2023 Skate Canada International are still on sale until July 20 and will give fans full access to all competitions, as well as Thursday practices and the highly coveted Exhibition Gala. Single session tickets will be available starting July 27, 2023.

ALL-EVENT TICKETS ON SALE NOW FOR ISU WORLD FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS® 2024

All-event tickets for the ISU World Figure Skating Championships® 2024 are on sale now! All-event tickets will be priced starting at $574 CAD (including taxes and fees) and can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.ca 

The seven-day all-event ticket package includes all practices at the Bell Centre (excluding the Exhibition Gala practice), all competitions, and the Exhibition Gala. The ISU World Figure Skating Championships® 2024 will take place from March 18-24, 2024, at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada.

All-Event Tickets on Sale for ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships® 2023

OTTAWA, ON (January 24, 2023) – Skate Canada is excited to announce that all-event tickets for the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships® 2023 can now be purchased at Ticketmaster.ca. The ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships® will take place in Calgary, Alberta, at WinSport Arena at Canada Olympic Park, from February 27 to March 5, 2023, and will feature the world’s top young skaters competing for junior titles in men, women, pair, and ice dance. 

All-event tickets are priced at $105 (plus applicable taxes and fees) and include all competitions, practices, and the Exhibition Gala (the Exhibition Gala practice is closed to the public).  

Single day tickets will be available for sale in February 2023. 

ABOUT THE ISU WORLD JUNIOR FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS®  

The ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships is an annual event that moves around the globe, showcasing the best young skaters from around the world. 

Skate Canada has a long and illustrious history of hosting ISU sanctioned events, having previously held the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships five times. This will be the first time Calgary has been selected to host the event. Canada has hosted the Championships in London (1981), Kitchener (1987, 2005), Hull, (1992), and Saint John (1998).

All-event tickets for the 2023 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships are now on sale! Tickets can be purchased at Tributecommunitiescentre.com for full access to competitions, as well as Thursday practices and the highly coveted Exhibition Gala.    

All-event tickets will be priced at: P1: $300, P2: $200, P3: $160, P4: $125, plus applicable fees and are capped at eight tickets per individual.   

The 2023 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships are set to take place in Oshawa, Ont., at the Tribute Communities Centre from January 9-15, 2023. Join us in Oshawa to cheer on the very best skaters in Canada in singles, pairs, ice dance, and synchronized skating!
