OTTAWA, ON: The media accreditation application for the 2022 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships is now open. The 2022 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships will be held in person, and we are pleased to announce that we will be welcoming media members on-site for this event. The event will take place from January 6-13, 2022, in Ottawa, Ont., at The Arena at TD Place.

All media must apply for media accreditation through Skate Canada’s online form. The deadline to apply for accreditation is December 22, 2021.

While Skate Canada plans on hosting media in person for the 2022 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships, we will continue to monitor the provincial and federal health guidelines and determine on a per event basis whether media will be held in a virtual setting. We encourage our media partners to access the media accreditation form to apply for accreditation for the 2021-2022 season.

Accreditation will be granted to professional media personnel only. Freelance media must provide a letter from the editor of the media outlet they are representing during the time of application.
