Esteemed ISU official and former pair skater Audrey Williams enters the Skate Canada Hall of Fame in the Builder category.

Originally from Vancouver, Williams began skating in 1938 at the Vancouver Forum and trained at the Connaught Figure Skating Club under Hall of Fame coaches Sadie and Albert Enders. With partner Brian Power, she won silver at the Canadian Championships in 1952 and 1954, and bronze in 1955.

After her competitive career, Williams became a national judge in 1959, officiating at 30 Canadian Championships, four Junior Worlds, and six World Championships. She reached the pinnacle of her career as an Olympic judge at the 1994 Winter Games in Lillehammer, Norway.

Despite her officiating success on the world stage, Audrey never lost her love for working with skaters close to home in British Columbia.  She generously offered her time to mentor and support generations of skaters, coaches, and young officials from the smallest communities to the largest cities.
