What is the 2019 Autumn Classic International?
Autumn Classic International is an annual event that is part of the International Skating Union’s (ISU) Challenger Series which hosts Senior competitors from around the world. This event allows competitors to compete on an international stage prior to the start of the Grand Prix season. Tickets are available at Eventbrite.ca

Athletes will be announced after the close of entries in August 2019.
Where is 2019 Autumn Classic International being held?
All competition events and practices for the 2019 Autumn Classic International will be held at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex at 3070 Neyagawa Blvd, in Oakville, Ontario.
What time are the events and when do the doors open?
Competition start times are subject to change up to and including the week of the event. The doors open each day 30 minutes prior to the first practice. Please check skatecanada.ca for the most up to date schedule and information.
How do I purchase tickets for the 2019 Autumn Classic International?
Tickets will go on sale on Friday June 14th, at 10am ET.
- All-event pass $100 + $3.60service fee (for practice & competition)
- Thursday Day pass $30 + $1.50 service fee (for practice & competition),
- Friday Day pass $35 + $1.65 service fee (for practice & competition),
- Saturday Day pass $35 + $1.65 service fee (for practice & competition).
Tickets can be purchased online at Eventbrite.ca. The ticket purchase limit for this event is 8 tickets per order.
If a family member is a Skate Canada member or a Skate Canada volunteer, where do I order my tickets?
Order your tickets through the same channels as the general public. Members are encouraged to watch for e-mails with information about special offers exclusive to Skate Canada members.
What is included in the all-event ticket package?
The All-Event ticket packages include all competitions and all official practices.
When will I know where my seats are located?
All tickets are general admission and seats are not reserved. Fans are seated on a first-come, first-serve basis daily.
Do children require a ticket?
Children under two years of age do not require a ticket if they do not need a seat. If they do need a seat, a ticket must be purchased at full price.
When will I receive my tickets in the mail?
All tickets are print at home or electronically accessible, you will receive a bracelet at the venue for your all event ticket or day ticket by showing your ticket purchase confirmation number.
Are tickets transferable or refundable?
Tickets are final sale and there will be no refunds. There will be no exceptions to this policy. The event schedule and the athletes competing are always subject to change. Tickets are transferable as it is the ticket purchase confirmation number that must be shown to receive entry.
What do I do if my tickets are lost?
If you have lost your tickets, please sign back into your email and retrieve the email that was sent to you as proof of purchase.
Are there in and out privileges during each day of the event?
Yes, and it is important to keep your Autumn Classic International bracelet and ticket for re-entry to the building.
What if my name is not the same as the name on the account?
If you have proof of purchase or a receipt of the transaction you will be able to use these tickets, the name does not need to match the name on the account of purchase.
Can I bring my camera and take pictures during the event?
The Skate Canada Spectator Camera Policy is in place at events to protect the safety of athletes and to ensure a distraction-free environment for all spectators.
Personal photography is permitted by spectators but cannot impact the viewing ability of others. All photos taken during the event must be for personal use only and captured on a small digital camera or mobile device.
The following is not permitted at Skate Canada events:
- Flash photography to ensure the safety of the athletes
- Camera bags and large camera equipment such as tripods
- Professional cameras and/or detachable lenses greater than 6 inches or 200 mm
No video recording of any type is permitted within the venue during the competition.
Unauthorized sale, commercial use and/or third-party distribution of photos from events are strictly prohibited. Only accredited team members are permitted to videotape their skater or team from rinkside during practice.
Spectators who do not abide by these restrictions risk having their camera confiscated or being removed from the event by the venue security staff.
If I have a gift for an athlete how do I get it to them?
Gifts for athletes should be taken to the Skate Canada Ticketing table. No gifts should be thrown on the ice at any time.
What can I bring into the event?
Outside food and beverage are not permitted in the arena. Refillable water bottles are permitted. Concession stands will be open throughout the event.
What type of food and beverage options are available at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex?
Food services are available at concession stands on the concourse or the restaurant within the complex. There is also a grocery store located across the street.
Can I bring flags, banners or noisemakers to the event?
Handheld flags and fan signs are permitted in the arena however must not obstruct the view of or distract other patrons in the stands. Larger fan banners that are intended to be hung in the arena are strictly prohibited. Skate Canada is not responsible for lost or damaged banners.
Airhorns and noisemakers requiring batteries or compressed air are not permitted in the arena. Small handheld noisemakers may only be used following a skater’s program or during ice resurfacing.
Flags, signs/banners and noisemakers must be stowed away when asked by venue or Skate Canada staff if they become disruptive to fellow patrons.
Are there hotels and restaurants located close to the rink?

What are the transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Skate Canada does not offer transportation for spectators. For information on public transportation, visit http://www.oakvilletransit.com/ . Parking is available at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex on a first come first serve basis.
