Happy nationals coaches week to our amazing coach Sylvie! Although she doesn’t travel with us to competitions she is huge part of our career. We work on everything from unison, musicality, patterns and tracking, speed, throw landings, overall flow and ease with Sylvie on a regular basis. Sylvie also has a special ability to help me land throws ?
