The BC Sports Hall of fame is hosting the “Spirit of 88” Exhibit for the community in Vancouver, February 10 to 16, 2008 and a free family day on Sunday, February 10. The public is invited to visit the BC Sports Hall of Fame during the Spirit of BC Week and celebrate the countdown to the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver with a special look back at the 1988 Olympic Games in Calgary with the Spirit of ’88 Exhibit.

A Free Family Day will kick off the celebrations on Sunday February 10, 2008. The first Canadian Winter Olympic Mascots, Heidi and Howdy, will be on site from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm to meet and greet visitors. The “Spirit of 88” Exhibit will also feature the “Battle of the Brians”, along with Elizabeth Manley and Tracy Wilson’s journeys to the podium.
